Alcohol ink art is an incredibly fun and absolutely vibrant art form in which anyone can get involved, no matter their previous art experience. While alcohol inks can seem a little difficult to master at the beginning, they are rewarding and worth the journey of learning the medium. The possibilities are only limited to what you are willing to try. 
 
Alcohol Inks allow you to create fantastic realistic pieces. Whether you choose abstract  or realistic art, the possibilities are unlimited. You are bound by nothing– just let your creativity explode. Alcohol ink art does not require a huge amount of supplies to get started. You can experiment and do a lot with only a few items! Workshop participants will learn how to create their own works using ceramics and non-porous paper. All supplies provided.

The instructor is Melani Helms who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Winthrop University in addition to a Masters of Science from Old Dominion University and has been a alcohol ink artist for years.
