Slick Jr. and the Reactors is something of a musical collective based out of Stuart, Virginia playing Blues, Reggae, Funk and Roots music.
 
The band has been performing in and around Southwest Virginia and Northwest North Carolina since 2012, but it’s history is much deeper.  The members of Slick Jr. and the Reactors have been performing together, under various names, since 1989, sharing the stage with such acts as Grammy award winner, Terrence Simien & the Zydeco Experience; Grammy nominated, Vanessa Carlton; and Blues Foundation Award winner and Muddy Waters’ former band leader, Bob Margolin.
